Adecco Staffing is hiring experienced Call Center Representatives for both 1st and Swing shifts. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with potential for long-term placement.
Pay Rate: $20-$23/hour
Schedules Available 1st Shift:
- Availability between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Must work every Sunday
- Days off: Saturday + 1 weekday (non-consecutive)
Swing Shift:
- Availability between 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Must work every Saturday
- Days off: Sunday + 1 weekday (non-consecutive)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound calls for hospitals and private medical offices (200-300 calls per shift)
- Follow structured call scripts while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone
- Triage calls by urgency, distinguishing between routine requests (appointments, prescriptions) and emergency situations
- Page on-call medical staff for urgent or critical needs
- Respond quickly to emergency protocols and escalate appropriately
- Provide clear, courteous, and professional communication at all times
- Process calls for main lines, paging, dispatch, and answering services
- Assist hospital staff with after-hours communication needs
- Maintain and update databases, schedules, and directories accurately
- Handle confidential patient information in compliance with privacy standards
- Demonstrate strong multitasking by managing multiple systems/screens simultaneously
- Utilize quick data entry and typing skills to document calls efficiently
- Apply sound judgment, prioritization, and decision-making in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Prior call center experience required
- Medical call center experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with a calm, professional phone presence
- Ability to follow call scripts and handle multiple systems simultaneously
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM preferred
- High School Diploma required

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
