Production Assembler
Location: Waterbury, CT
Shift: 1st Shift - 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Pay: $17.50 - $20 per hour, based on experience

Adecco is hiring a Production Assembler to join a manufacturing team in Waterbury, CT. This role is ideal for candidates with some prior manufacturing or hands-on assembly experience, or transferable skills from related roles, who want to contribute to high-quality electro-mechanical assembly.

What You'll Do
- Assemble sub-assemblies and final products using technical instructions
- Align, hold, and control components during assembly
- Inspect parts and assemblies for quality and accuracy
- Perform cleaning, pressure testing, or minor repairs as needed
- Follow work orders, blueprints, and process sheets
- Track materials and maintain accurate production records
- Assist other assembly areas as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of manufacturing, assembly, or related hands-on experience, or equivalent transferable skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical instructions
- Good hand dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Comfortable using hand tools and measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, torque tools)
Additional Notes
- Experience with soldering or electronics assembly is a plus
- Forklift experience is a bonus
Pay Details: $17.50 to $20.00 per hour
