Location: North Canton, OH
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM (3 day weekends!) Possible OT on Fridays
Pay: $19/hr
Are you passionate about hands-on technical work, building prototypes, and helping launch brand new products into manufacturing? This is your chance to be part of something big!
As an Associate NPI Technician, you'll work closely with engineers to support New Product Introduction (NPI) from early prototype builds to performance testing, troubleshooting, and pilot manufacturing. Every day brings new challenges and new accomplishments.
What You'll Do
- Execute test procedures using engineering drawings and manufacturing process plans
- Assemble, troubleshoot, calibrate, adjust, test, and maintain mechanical and electrical components
- Work from schematics, diagrams, and verbal/written instructions
- Operate test equipment and record results in required formats
- Perform calibration, alignment checks, adjustments, and component replacements
- Support test operations including cabling, equipment setup, and computer based testing
- Assist with manufacturing operations and quality reviews
- Work across electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical disciplines
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred
- Strong understanding of analog & digital circuit analysis
- Experience with test equipment, especially oscilloscopes and probes
- Great organizational and communication skills
- Self motivated with strong initiative

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
