Schedule & Pay:
- 12-hour rotating shifts, 3-4 days/week
- Week 1: Mon, Wed, Sat, Sun
- Week 2: Tue, Thu, Fri
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM $20.50/hr
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM $23.58/hr
Role Overview:
As a Soldering Technician, you'll bring components to life through precise soldering and quality inspection. You'll ensure that every board leaving production meets engineering and quality standards, while collaborating with your team to maintain smooth workflow and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform soldering using SMT, thru-hole, jumper wire, micro-soldering, and hand-soldering techniques.
- Inspect assemblies for correct component placement, polarity, and solder quality.
- Rework or repair PCB assemblies as necessary to meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production logs, defect reports, and documentation.
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of PCB soldering experience (SMT & thru-hole).
- Ability to solder under a microscope with high precision.
- Knowledge of IPC/J-STD standards; IPC-610 and J-STD-001 certification preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
Pay Details: $20.50 to $23.58 per hour
