Position : Tech Support Specialist II
Location: New London, CT
Duration: 6+ Months contract position with good chances of extension
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy new computers to customers; evaluate, refurbish, and redeploy systems as needed.
- Provide desktop support by troubleshooting PC hardware, software, and network issues.
- Independently resolve hardware break-fix problems, network connectivity issues, and third-party application support requests.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to resolve issues related to client proprietary applications.
- Support Project Managers with end-to-end destination moves and hardware/software upgrades.
- Participate in client interviews and technology evaluations; provide recommendations.
- Assist with integration requirements, application configuration and distribution, UAT, on-site resource coordination, technical training, and Day One support.
