We're seeking a B2B Demand Generation Strategy Manager to drive digital programs fueling pipeline growth and revenue across North America.
About the Role
As the Demand Generation Strategy Manager, you'll set the vision for digital campaigns that engage commercial audiences and accelerate business outcomes. You'll define channel mix, audience targeting, and messaging alignment while collaborating with internal teams and top-tier agency partners to ensure flawless execution and optimization.
This is a strategic leadership role with hands-on opportunities-perfect for a marketer who thrives on data-driven decision-making and innovation.
This is a long-term contract role, that has a distinct possibility of direct hire by our client.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and lead digital demand generation strategies across paid media, ABM, content syndication, and other lead-gen programs.
  • Align campaign planning and execution with business objectives in partnership with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Monitor lead flow and conversion metrics, driving improvements in funnel efficiency.
  • Analyze performance data from CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Marketo) to inform optimization.
  • Deliver actionable insights and reporting to Marketing and Sales leadership.
  • Evaluate third-party vendors and programs for ROI and effectiveness.
  • Apply a test-and-learn approach to enhance targeting, channel mix, and campaign performance.
  • Stay ahead of B2B marketing trends and bring innovative ideas to the table.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing with a focus on demand generation.
  • Proven ability to lead strategy and optimize performance across complex campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of lead funnel dynamics, scoring, and digital media metrics.
  • Experience with ABM strategies and third-party demand gen programs.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Preferred:
  • Experience marketing technology solutions to commercial or enterprise buyers.
  • Proficiency with Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and/or Salesforce.
  • Ability to craft and refine digital marketing copy aligned with campaign goals.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $62.50 per hour
