Role: Senior .Net Engineer Bill Rate: $87/hour C2CLocation: Boston ,MADuration: 12+ months/ long-term Interview Criteria: Telephonic + ZoomDirect Client Requirement Your Primary Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of .Net software solutions Design, code, test, debug, and document software applications Mentor and provide technical guidance to other developers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of software projects Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes and practice Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, and/or a related field 5+ years of experience in software development using .Net technologies Talents Needed for Success: Solid understanding of C#, .Net, and related frameworks Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture Proficient in SQL and database design Experience with modern software development practices, including Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and automated testing Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Fosters a culture where integrity and transparency are encouraged. Knows the latest on changes their own specialist area and seeks out learning opportunities to ensure knowledge is up-to-date. Invests effort to individually mentor others.
