Responsibilities Provide technical support for PCs, software, networks, and AV systems used in classrooms and labs. Install, configure, and maintain simulation lab equipment and related software. Support and troubleshoot learning management systems and instructional technologies. Respond to help desk tickets, diagnose issues, and resolve or escalate as needed. Train faculty, staff, and students on the use of academic and simulation technologies. Perform routine maintenance, updates, and testing of IT and simulation systems. Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure reliable learning environments. Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Support technology setup for classes, labs, and special events. Follow IT security, privacy, and compliance standards in all support activities.
