Responsibilities Provide advanced technical support for broadband, TV, and voice services in residential and business environments. Design, configure, and optimize network and telecom systems for reliability and performance. Monitor network health, diagnose complex issues, and drive root cause analysis and resolution. Collaborate with field techs, customer support, and engineering to resolve escalated service problems. Implement and maintain automation, scripts, and tools to improve efficiency and uptime. Document configurations, procedures, incident resolutions, and best practices. Support testing and deployment of new telecom and media technologies and services. Contribute to on-call rotations and incident response as needed.
