The Effectors Center within the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) organization is currently hiring a Senior Principal Systems Engineer - Systems Engineering Cross Product Team Lead (CPTL) to join our Tucson, AZ location on the Coyote Block 2C - Rocket Motor (RM) program. The Senior Principal Systems Engineer - SE CPTL is a management and technical leadership role responsible for development, integration, and test execution of the sensor, aperture, communications, electronics and electrical subsystems in addition to systems engineering of the missile. The Coyote Block 2C-RM development effort is a rapid development effort to insert technological upgrades within existing systems to fill customer capability gaps. What You Will Do: You will communicate to the Program Manager, Chief Engineer, Lead Systems Engineer(s), to provide team status, accomplishments, issues, and help needed. You will manage the development of system and subsystem requirements for complex systems by collaborating with several IPTLs and SMEs to obtain necessary design information.
