Job Summary: The Quality Control Technician plays a critical role in supporting continuous production and ensuring compliance with State, Federal, and local specifications in our aggregate and hot mix asphalt (HMA) operations. Maintain a strong understanding of aggregate and asphalt plant production equipment and facility operations to identify, diagnose, and assist in correcting production deficiencies. Collaborate with plant management and equipment operators, maintaining awareness of production and maintenance schedules. Communicate test results and any quality-related concerns promptly and consistently to plant management to support informed decision-making and continuous quality improvement.
