Job Description ITTConnect is seeking a Business Analysts / Configuration Specialist expert in Core / Deposits or Payments for a direct-hire full time position with a client in Miami. Job location: Miami or NY preferred. Remote in US Central or Eastern Time Zones will be considered. Hands-on configuration role responsible for the deposits and ledger backbone of the bank in Fiserv Finxact. The specialist owns the product factory end to end - account types, positions, sub-ledgers, GL mapping, interest and fee logic, statements and posting rules - converting business and regulatory requirements directly into live, tested configuration rather than handing specifications to someone else to implement. This is the anchor position of the core squad and the functional-technical reference point for integrations, digital channels, data and regulatory reporting. It operates in a managed-SaaS model where the vendor runs the platform and the bank owns configuration, so the value of the role sits in parameterization depth and accountability for what is actually live in production. Key Responsibilities: Configure the Finxact product factory - account types (DDA, savings, CD), positions, sub-ledgers and GL mapping for the U.S. MVP scope. Parameterize posting rules, cut-off cycles and accruals; partner with Finance on chart of accounts, GL reconciliation and month-end close. Configure interest accrual and capitalization, tiered and promotional rates, fee schedules, waivers and statement generation. Translate business and regulatory requirements into configuration specifications with full traceability for examiner review. Build, test and document configuration across DEV/UAT/PROD under the bank's change-management and segregation-of-duties standards.
