Kaiser Permanente seeks a senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to lead design, implementation, and support of enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions in Greensboro, NC. In this role you architect secure, scalable PAM integrations across servers, directories, and cloud platforms, enforcing least-privilege and Zero Trust principles. You will optimize performance, automate workflows, and collaborate with security, DevOps, and application teams. Responsibilities Design and architect enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions for on prem and cloud infrastructure. Implement and maintain PAM integrations with servers, directories, applications, and cloud platforms. Administer and harden Windows, Linux, and network components supporting secure access controls. Automate PAM workflows, reporting, and maintenance using scripting tools. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize PAM performance, reliability, and security posture. Collaborate with security, Dev Ops, and infrastructure teams to enforce least-privilege and Zero Trust models. Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and runbooks for PAM and related systems. Support audits, compliance requirements, and incident response investigations related to privileged access. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architecture reviews and technical roadmaps.
