Leads workflow development, integrations, automation, and platform improvements while partnering with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to deliver secure, scalable solutions. Responsibilities Design, configure, and develop Service Now applications, workflows, automations, and platform enhancements. Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, APIs, MCP, and related technologies. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and configurations. Lead deployments, code reviews, and testing while following Service Now development standards. Provide advanced application support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain technical documentation. Partner with stakeholders and vendors, manage delivery risks, and mentor team members while driving continuous improvement.
