Leads teams that develop, enhance, and support applications for the FMS business. Partners with product, architecture, business, and IT stakeholders to deliver secure and reliable technology, maintain application health, and advance modernization. Oversees team development, delivery execution, resources, budgets, and vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop application development and support teams, including performance management and delegation.
- Partner with product owners and Agile teams to prioritize backlogs, plan sprints, and deliver business capabilities.
- Guide solution design, engineering standards, integrations, and secure, scalable application delivery.
- Manage initiatives, resources, budgets, schedules, scope, quality, risks, and expected outcomes.
- Maintain application availability, performance, security, compliance, production readiness, and operational health.
- Shape technology roadmaps and modernization priorities, and use operational, delivery, financial, and customer metrics to improve outcomes.
