Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications: 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years building consumer facing products Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products Experience building AI-powered products, with knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI product design, and responsible AI practices. Strong expertise in defining and executing product strategy, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans leveraging data to inform decision making and secure influence Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies to collaborate effectively with engineering and design teams Demonstrated ability to manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to improve product management workflows, including customer research, requirements definition, prototyping, experimentation, analytics, and product delivery Experience building a high-performing product management team with a strong culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement In-depth knowledge of market research techniques and experience in conducting customer and competitive analysis Strong track record of fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement Deep commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs and pain points Experience in designing and delivering exceptional user experiences. Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues across Visa functions, navigating a matrix organization Sound business acumen, analytical skills and keen understanding of business models and profitability drivers Willingness to travel as required Information for US Applicants For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $161,400.00 to $ 258,500.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
