Responsibilities Install, configure, and test audio-visual systems for corporate, education, and government clients Support end-to-end AV project delivery from site prep through final commissioning Troubleshoot and resolve AV, broadcast, and unified communications issues on-site and remotely Read and interpret system drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment layouts Perform cable pulls, terminations, equipment rack builds, and system optimization Collaborate with engineers and project managers to implement system designs Provide on-site client training, demonstrations, and basic documentation Maintain tools, test equipment, and inventory in an organized, safe manner Follow company standards, safety protocols, and industry best practices Deliver professional, client-focused service and support long-term relationships Required Skills Commercial audio-visual installation AV system troubleshooting Unified communications platforms Reading AV drawings and signal flow diagrams Cable pulling and termination (audio, video, network) Rack fabrication and equipment mounting DSP and control system basics Network fundamentals for AV over IPTest equipment use (multimeter, signal generators, cable testers) Customer service and client communication
