Job DescriptionJob Description Why This Role, Why Now OneTrack is a profitable, growth-stage AI company redefining warehouse and logistics technology. We've proven product-market fit, signed marquee enterprise accounts, and are now scaling deployments across dozens of sites. The gap between "sold" and "successful" is where this role lives-and it's the single highest-leverage hire we can make right now. We need a leader who can build the delivery engine that turns every contract into a measurable client outcome, while standing up the methodology and playbook the team will run for years to come. About the Role As Senior Implementation Manager, you will own the client journey end-to-end - from contract signature through steady-state value realization. This is not a role where you hand off a deck and move on. You will quarterback cross-functional workstreams, drive real operational outcomes on warehouse floors, and be accountable for the results long after go-live. The work is genuinely complex: multi-site rollouts with interdependent hardware-software deployments, change management spanning frontline floor staff and C-suite executives, and the constant challenge of translating cutting-edge AI into measurable value inside physical operations. You will work alongside sales, hardware engineering, software engineering, and field service teams to deliver on our promise to every client. Requirements Responsibilities Lead complex, multi-site implementations. Deploy OneTrack's integrated hardware and SaaS platform across enterprise client environments-managing hardware-software dependencies, site readiness, and go-live sequencing. Ensure every site is trained, supported, and delivering measurable value with a clear articulation of outcomes achieved. Own long-term commercial outcomes, not just deliverables. Navigate individual engagements and full client portfolios with an eye toward the interconnected outcomes clients are driving. You are accountable for value realization-not project completion. Build the delivery methodology and implementation playbook. Design, codify, and continuously improve our end-to-end delivery framework-covering onboarding, site activation, change management, escalation paths, and steady-state transition. Draw on best-in-class consultative frameworks to create repeatable, scalable processes that grow with the business. Quarterback cross-functional execution. Serve as the central point of coordination across hardware, engineering, field service, and customer stakeholders. Drive timely resolution of dependencies and blockers to keep multi-workstream engagements on track. Drive change management across every level. Ensure adoption from the warehouse floor to the executive suite. Build enablement plans that account for diverse user personas, organizational dynamics, and the realities of rolling out new technology in complex physical environments. Monitor and optimize system performance. Track deployed sensors, hardware devices, and software telemetry. Document root causes and drive corrective actions to maintain reliability and client confidence. Innovate with AI. Stay at the forefront of artificial intelligence and continually introduce smarter, more efficient operating practices across the implementation function. Develop the team. Mentor and guide junior team members. Build scalable systems for tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement across the service function. Experience & Qualifications 7+ years of experience in implementation, delivery, or engagement management within SaaS, IoT, or hardware/software hybrid environments-ideally with exposure to multi-site, enterprise-scale rollouts Background in technology consulting, systems integration, or deploying and optimizing technology solutions in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or physical operations settings; familiarity with structured delivery methodologies is strongly preferred Proven executive stakeholder management skills with experience owning C-level and VP-level relationships at enterprise clients, navigating escalations, and driving alignment across complex, multi-workstream engagements Demonstrated experience managing people-whether direct reports or cross-functional project teams-with a track record of developing talent and scaling service functions Proven ability to operate independently, build repeatable delivery processes from scratch, and bring structure where none exists Highly organized, persistent in follow-through, and comfortable working in ambiguity during a high-growth stage Bonus: Direct experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehousing technology environments Benefits We are predominantly located in New York and Chicago but remain open to remote employees. Compensation packages will depend on experience. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and is estimated to range from $145,000 to $165,000. The role is eligible for a performance-based cash bonus and equity awards.

Job DescriptionJob Description Zoox is building a fleet of purpose-built robotaxis from the ground up - and the Advanced Hardware Engineering (AHE) team delivers the physical intelligence that makes autonomy real: the sensors, compute, and electronics that let our vehicles perceive, reason, and drive. At the very heart of that architecture sits the Primary Compute Unit (PCU), the brain that runs the AI stack powering every autonomous mile. We are now developing the next generation of the PCU from an early, clean-sheet design phase, and we are looking for a deeply experienced Technical Program Manager to lead it end-to-end - from early architecture and design through validation, integration, and production. This is one of the most complex, mission-critical, and highly visible programs at Zoox. You will lead with a true helicopter perspective - translating company strategy and vehicle milestones into an end-to-end program plan, then dropping into the technical and schedule detail to make it real. Across hardware, firmware, systems, software, safety, supply chain, quality, manufacturing, and vehicle integration, you will align teams on shared objectives, establish clear accountability, and deliver timely, high-quality results throughout the entire product lifecycle. The person we are looking for is a big-picture thinker and detail-oriented executor, a gentle-yet-radical truth-teller, and a natural cross-functional weaver. You connect the dots across the organization, bring executive attention to the right topics at the right time, and drive root-cause analysis and resolution when the unexpected happens. You lead through influence rather than authority, communicate with clarity and executive presence at every level, and build the trust and partnerships that turn a group of brilliant specialists into One Team. Most of all, this is your chance to shape the future of transportation - safer, cleaner, more efficient, and a lot more fun. In this role, you will: Drive the PCU program forward with thought and energetic leadership, including supporting architecture alignment, hardware development, validation, integration, cross-functional alignment and company-wide communication. This will be done in close partnership with the technical lead and other core team members across multiple departments. Work with department leaders to translate the top-down corporate strategy and milestones into detailed product roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables Create and maintain program assets and communication channels that ensure every team member understands what they need to deliver at all times, and is held accountable for delivering them. Help especially internal engineering development and test teams plan their work, and use a task management system (e.g. JIRA) to clearly structure, communicate and track the work that needs to be done. Work with cross-functional leaders and Finance teams to define and track resource requirements and spend against budget Manage technical supplier activities such as build planning and execution, and ensure robust end of line tests are put in place prior to delivery. Work closely with procurement and supplier quality teams to ensure an excellent partnership with suppliers. Work with our in-house manufacturing experts to ensure all is in place to perform final PCU assembly, and be accountable for ensuring needed parts are delivered on time, and to specifications. Coordinate issue root-cause analysis, issue resolution and overall response for issues that occur on the fleet; ensure the right level of cross-functional communication (including JIRA ticket hygiene), prioritization and momentum is placed on the topics. Work with all relevant departments as needed to ensure the successful delivery of our goals, including the Program Management Office, SW/FW teams, safety teams and vehicle manufacturing teams Provide concise and effective communications to key stakeholders on program status, issues/risks, and accomplishments, in writing and via presentations. Facilitate both non-technical conversations (and technical ones as needed), align team perspectives, and support the development of options matrices to help the cross-functional program team make the right decisions Bring a disciplined business and meeting cadence to the program, ensuring agendas are set for critical topics to be discussed at each meeting Qualifications BS or MS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience At least 10 years of work experience, and at least 5 of those in program management Deep experience with hardware development and HW/SW integration Significant experience working with suppliers (JDM, CM) to deliver products from conception to production Proficiency in and experience using tools required to manage complex projects (i.e. JIRA, smartsheets). Strong track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects Understands and deals with well with rapid design cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty Self-motivated and proactive problem-solver Bonus Qualifications Experience working in the automotive industry, or prior experience developing compute systems Strong references that highlight your ability to build strong working relationships with senior leaders and engineers across functions and departments Base Salary Range There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. The listed range applies only to the base salary. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Whether it's a single high-performance spacecraft, constellation, or vertically integrated components that help missions get to space, our world-class Space Systems team is empowering some of the boldest and most ambitious space missions SENIOR TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER I - FLATELLITE Based at Rocket Lab's global headquarters in Long Beach, CA, you are the program authority for high-volume satellite production. You own rate, yield, unit cost, and strategic program decisions from prototype maturity through full-rate production. This is a high-ownership role: anyone can build one exquisite satellite - you'll build hundreds, on rate, on cost, on a learning curve that bends faster than the competition's - and you'll be the person the line runs on. WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO: Command the Lifecycle: Build and lead the team that takes satellites at high volume from a "blank sheet" concept through qualification, full-rate production, and flight, and own the technical roadmap that grows the team's core capabilities. Lead the Team of Teams: Run multiple active programs at once, make sound architectural calls with Chief Engineers, navigate the hardest trade-offs in design-for-manufacturing, takt time, line-of-balance, and rate-readiness versus reliability, and personally dive into the most line-threatening problems alongside the team. Build the Bench: Grow a culture where strong people take smart, healthy risks and the best idea wins, no matter who it comes from, we back bold calls and treat an intelligent miss as the cost of moving fast and coach and develop the next generation of program and team leaders. Forge the Supply Chain: Manage high-stakes subcontracts and suppliers as strategic partners essential to the mission, protecting schedule and margin. Unblock Excellence: Synchronize cross-functional teams across manufacturing, supply chain, integration, and test and clear roadblocks quickly so the team keeps moving at speed and quality stays high. Influence the Future: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial constellation operators, and partner with BD & Strategy on proposals and technical narratives that define the next generation of constellation production. YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in physics, math, science, or other technical discipline 5+ years of aerospace program management experience A demonstrated track record of owning a technical program, product, or team end to end and carrying it across the finish line under real pressure, we hire on what you've shipped, not years logged Evidence you've moved real hardware and software from prototype toward high-rate production, with quantified yield, throughput, and cost gains Understanding of the nuances of takt time, line-of-balance, design-for-manufacturing, and learning-curve economics Experience identifying tooling, supply-chain, or yield risk and neutralizing it before it slows the line U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance THESE QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE: Production Velocity: A proven playbook for transitioning low-volume prototypes into full-rate production without sacrificing mission reliability. Domain Authority: Deep experience scaling satellite, aerospace, or analogous complex hardware production at volume. Capture & Customer: A repeatable record of bending unit cost down at rate without sacrificing reliability. Advanced Technical Credibility: A Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field. Systems & Toolchain Fluency: You speak Systems Engineering, trade studies, interface control, requirement integrity and use Jira, Confluence, and ERP/MRP to keep program health visible at speed. Depth of Reps: Multiple program cycles or 8+ years in aerospace/defense sharpen the edge, but we weight the hardest thing you've shipped over the count. This position may require prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, computer work, and occasional exposure to moderate levels of noise, dust, and fumes in production areas. Anticipated annual equity grant value is designed around function, level, experience, and other factors; realized value depends on vesting and stock-price performance. Join one of the world's fastest-growing space companies and own a piece of it. In addition to competitive base pay, you'll receive company stock as part of your total compensation package, giving you a direct stake in our success. As we expand to new launch sites, groundbreaking missions, and global markets, your ownership has the opportunity to grow alongside the company. Our comprehensive benefits package includes our industry-leading Employee Stock Purchase Program (with a 15% discount on company stock), top-tier medical plans (HMO, PPO, and a zero cost HDHP option with a significant HSA company contribution), dental and vision coverage, paid vacation and sick time, 11 paid holidays, flexible spending and dependent care accounts, paid parental leave, disability and life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match. Additional perks include subsidized EV charging, onsite fitness centers (where available), discounted gym memberships, complimentary snacks and beverages, 50% employee discount on our popular merch store, and a variety of other employee discounts. Level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Total Compensation (base and equity) $137,075-$196,275 USD Base Salary $116,800-$160,600 USD WHAT TO EXPECT We're on a mission to unlock the potential of space to improve life on Earth, but that's not an easy task. We pride ourselves on having each other's backs, checking our egos at the door, and rolling up our sleeves on all tasks big and small. Job DescriptionJob Description The Program Management Office (PMO) at Zoox is responsible for driving cross-functional program planning and execution at the highest level. We partner with leaders from across the company in vehicle development, system design, software engineering, manufacturing, fleet operations, and business functions to develop and deliver major corporate milestones on the path to launch, and beyond. Our program managers contribute to the end to end success of technical, integrated product milestones involving both of our vehicle platforms - the Toyota Highlander test fleet and Zoox's purpose-built robotaxi. In this role, you will: Own fleet orchestration at Zoox: Lead the cross-functional strategy and execution to massively scale Zoox's fleet and mature our fleet orchestration capabilities as we expand into new cities and states. You'll span both of our fleets - the driverless robotaxi service and the autonomous test fleet - and optimize for the best outcome for the business as a whole. This is a high-leverage, high-impact role that is critical to how Zoox will scale. Level up orchestration of the live service: Drive the roadmap and execution for the cloud systems that orchestrate our robotaxi service - optimally pairing rider trip requests with bots, keeping the fleet charged, and positioning vehicles to meet future rider demand - together with the mobile app experience they power. Partner closely with teams across the company (e.g., Product Software, Product, Data Science, and Fleet Operations) to ship improvements that riders and the business can feel. Orchestrate the test fleet with the same ambition: Champion orchestration improvements for our autonomous test fleet, where smarter routing and mission assignment directly determine how efficiently we accumulate the on-road data that validates our system for new geofences. You'll partner closely with our test fleet data strategy and mileage accumulation program to make every mile count. Lead with metrics: Define the KPIs that measure orchestration performance, build rigorous tracking mechanisms, and treat metrics as immediate triggers for action. Dig deep into root causes and always present concrete, data-backed plans rather than accepting the status quo. Innovate without a playbook: Orchestrating an exponentially growing robotaxi fleet is largely uncharted territory. You'll engage deeply in technical trade-offs with engineers and data scientists, bring creative alternatives to the table when the ideal solution isn't available, and help invent orchestration capabilities the industry hasn't built yet. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. 7+ years of TPM experience, with a strong background in large-scale cloud software systems - e.g., dispatch, marketplace, or fleet management platforms, or consumer mobile apps backed by cloud services. A naturally inquisitive, highly technical mindset. You catch on quickly in new technical domains, and you love creative problem-solving. A metrics-first approach to program leadership. You define the right KPIs, instrument them, and use them to drive decisions and hold programs accountable. Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical bottlenecks into clear, data-backed executive narratives that enable timely, critical business decisions. Bonus Qualifications: Experience with fleet orchestration, ride-hailing, delivery, logistics, or other real-time marketplace and dispatch systems. Familiarity with optimization problems such as routing, matching, resource allocation, or demand forecasting - and experience partnering with the teams who build them. Experience with autonomous vehicle platforms or large-scale robotics fleets.
