About the role: As a senior analyst on the SEM Analytics team, you will own performance for a portfolio of campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other channels. What you bring to the team: 2-3 years of experience in analytics, with a focus on growth or marketing analytics. Proficient in SQL; comfortable querying and shaping large datasets directly (Snowflake a plus). Strong track record of end-to-end analysis: framing an ambiguous problem, doing the work, and landing a recommendation that drove a decision. Strong analytical investigation skills; comfortable interrogating performance data to identify root causes. Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences. The base salary for this full-time hybrid role is $90,000- $115,000.
