Who You Are 3+ years of management experience Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Deep understanding of data center topology, data center deployment and operations, and infrastructure knowledge 5+ years of computer hardware experience (troubleshooting, assembling, deploying) 2+ years of Linux operating system experience 4+ years of fiber/ethernet cabling experience 4+ years of supply chain experience Comprehensive knowledge of data center cut sheets and overheads Strong understanding of cable management and hardware orientation Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, facilities, network engineers, project managers, and Data Center Operations peers Excellent time management skills, with the ability to take ownership of a build and meet the demands of tight deadlines A hands-on leader who works alongside the team, sets the example for accountability, and leads through change Ability to travel and work in an environment that operates 24/7 All physical requirements are expected with reasonable accommodations This role requires up to 40% travel throughout the year. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
