Job Description

Vantor seeks a Geospatial Analyst to turn complex location data into clear insights for modern software and data solutions. You will design and manage spatial datasets, build analytical models, and create visualizations that integrate with web and cloud-based applications. Working in agile teams, you'll collaborate with engineers and clients to define requirements, automate data workflows, and deliver scalable geospatial products. Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret geospatial datasets to support client business decisions and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Design, build, and maintain geospatial data models, pipelines, and maps using modern GIS and data tools.
  • Develop geospatial visualizations and dashboards that integrate with web applications and internal client systems.
  • Collaborate with engineers, data specialists, and client stakeholders in agile teams to refine requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Validate data quality, perform spatial analyses, and document methodologies, assumptions, and results clearly.
  • Contribute to solution architecture discussions involving cloud, APIs, and scalable data platforms for geospatial workloads.
  • Support automation of data ingestion, transformation, and analysis processes for recurring spatial workflows.
  • Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences through reports and presentations.
