Compliance & Documentation: Conducts regular, systematic inventories of all hardware and software assets to ensure adherence to compliance standards. Develops and maintains comprehensive technical documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the team. Technical Support: Provides troubleshooting and preventative maintenance for audio-visual (AV) systems in both classified and unclassified meeting environments. Manages the workflow of support issues through ticketing system, from initial reporting to resolution. Security & Logistics: Provides escort duties for personnel requiring access to secure areas. The candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance up to Top Secret with Special Access. REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE Associate's degree or equivalent military or technical school and five years specifically related work experience in the NISPOM/SAP/SCI security fields, complemented by formal training such as successful completion of the Industrial Security Management Course. Must be very knowledgeable with the rules and regulations of the National Industrial Security Program Operation Manual (NISPOM) pertaining to all aspects of security.
