Participate in an emergency on-call rotation. Responsibilities Monitor internal and client managed infrastructures. Provide behind-the-scenes technical support to on-site teams. Coordinate with software and cybersecurity vendors to troubleshoot, repair, and automate systems. Analyze network health and prepare monthly reports for managed services clients. Improve alerting systems and develop proactive automation. Resolve escalated cases, meet SLA requirements, and participate in emergency on-call rotation.
