Global Medical Response is seeking a Part Time IT Field Support Technician to keep mission-critical technology running for our medical transportation and emergency response teams. In this role, you'll provide on-site and remote support for workstations, mobile devices, printers, and clinical applications used in ambulances, bases, and offices. You'll troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, perform routine maintenance and updates, document tickets, and partner with central IT and operations to quickly restore service.
