Job Description
DUTIES: Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT categories (software, AI and Digital, hardware, cloud, and IT services). Build and manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure optimal cost, service, and quality outcomes. Lead supplier performance management and drive continuous value improvement initiatives. Conduct market intelligence, benchmarking, and trend analysis to inform IT sourcing strategies. Develop and apply cost models, financial analyses, and total cost of ownership (TCO) assessments for IT investments. Evaluate supplier risks and create mitigation strategies for technology and service dependencies. Partner with IT, legal, cybersecurity, finance, and business stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with enterprise goals. Ensure early vendor engagement to support project timelines, innovation, and cost optimization. Support continuous improvement, compliance with IT governance, and alignment with corporate policies. Provide strategic influence on IT sourcing initiatives, guiding stakeholders on supplier selection and best practices. Lead sourcing projects, support transformation initiatives, and drive sustainable value creation in Global IT Sourcing. Contribute to long-term IT and business strategies by aligning vendor capabilities with organizational needs. May require travel/Telecommute. REQUIREMENTS: Employer requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field plus 12 months experience in the job offered, Client Operations Specialist, Global Operations Lead, or related occupation. Experience must include: 1) vendor management, 2) risk & compliance management, 3) ServiceNow Ticketing System, 4) SQL / MDS Data Collection, 5) Tableau & Power BI, and 6) Sourcing Analytics.
