Compensation & Schedule

Pay Range: $71, - $88, (depending on experience)Shift: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Role Overview

The IT Systems Support Specialist II provides front line and Tier 2 technical support in an active manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring uptime, performance, and reliability of end user devices, enterprise applications, and production critical systems. You'll partner closely with operations and support teams to keep manufacturing technology running smoothly.

This is a fully onsite role in Venice, FL and requires prior experience supporting IT systems within a manufacturing or production setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 end user support via phone, email, and in personInstall, configure, and maintain:Desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and peripheralsTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issuesSupport and maintain PCs tied to manufacturing equipment, including backup and disaster recovery supportManage user accounts in Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Office 365, and other enterprise systemsDocument incidents and resolutions in the IT ticketing systemSupport onboarding/offboarding (device setup, access provisioning)Maintain IT asset inventory and manage equipment lifecycleEscalate issues per ITIL incident management guidelinesContribute to IT projects, system upgrades, and process improvementsEnsure compliance with IT policies, data security, and privacy standards

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)Minimum 5 years of customer facing IT support experienceRequired: Prior IT support experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Technical Skills

Strong proficiency with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Entra ID, and Office 365Experience supporting iOS and Android devices (smart scanners, tablets, phones); SOTI MDM a plusSolid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systemsN able and ServiceNow experience a plus

Certifications (Preferred)

CompTIA A+CompTIA Network+Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator AssociateITIL Foundation

Work Environment

Combination of office and manufacturing floor environmentsWillingness to work outside standard hours, including on call and occasional weekendsOccasional travel between company locations may be required
