We are seeking an experienced UAT Test Lead to support a long-term project in Tallahassee, FL. This role will leadUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business analysis activities to ensure the successful delivery of enterprise applications. Location: Tallahassee, FL (100% Onsite)? Duration: 9 months (possible extension) Rate: $60/hr (C2C) Responsibilities: Lead UAT planning, execution, and defect management. Gather and document business requirements (functional & non-functional Conduct JAD sessions, create user stories, use cases, and RTM. Perform functional, regression, integration, ADA/508, security, and performance testing. Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and QA teams to resolve issues. Communicate progress, risks, and results to the project team. ? Required Skills: 10+ years of Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering. 5+ years of UAT/Test Planning & Execution. Strong experience in SQL (queries, stored procedures, triggers, views Hands-on with Java (Spring Boot), REST APIs, Angular, HTML, CSS, JS/TS, JBOSS. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. Excellent communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills. ? Preferred: Masters degree in CS/IT or related field. Experience with Oracle, LoadRunner, Jira, MS Visio. BA experience in J2EE applications.
