Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Epic Ambulatory application support (Service Desk tickets, issue resolution, optimization requests)
- Participate in system build, configuration, testing, and implementation
- Lead workflow design sessions, documentation, and system configuration
- Manage technical project activities including planning, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors for integration and data movement
- Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and governance processes
- Perform integration & functional testing, defect tracking, and resolution
- Support go-live, post-go-live stabilization, and ongoing maintenance
- Provide user training and knowledge transfer
- Assist in system analysis, design, and optimization
Mandatory Skills
- Epic Ambulatory Certification (current)
- Strong expertise in Epic Ambulatory module
- Experience across full lifecycle Epic implementation:
- Discovery
- Workflow design
- Build & configuration
- Testing (unit, integrated)
- Go-live & support
