Role: IBM Watson X developer
Location: Hartford, CT - Hybrid In office Tuesday-Thursday
Client: Infosys/ CVS Health
In this role, you will drive the end-to-end design and implementation of conversational experiences, specializing in IBM WatsonX Orchestrate and related Conversational AI technologies. You will architect, build, and optimize rich conversational flows, integrate enterprise data sources, and ensure responses are context-aware, accurate, and trustworthy.
As an expert on the full application stack, you will align features and user stories with solution designs, maintain a holistic understanding of the platform, and collaborate closely with product, UI/UX, and backend teams to influence requirements, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure a seamless, user-centric experience from end to end.
