Our design team works closely with product managers, engineers, and platform teams to create cohesive, scalable user experiences across multiple products and services. We focus on turning complex systems and workflows into intuitive interfaces and consistent design patterns that support enterprise users in demanding environments.

IF YOU ARE
  • Experienced with 5+ years in Product or UX Design, ideally in enterprise or SaaS environments
  • Skilled at designing complex digital products or systems, beyond marketing websites or consumer-only products
  • Comfortable working in technical domains: platforms, infrastructure, analytics, security, developer tools, or other sophisticated enterprise environments
  • Capable of translating complex workflows and technical requirements into intuitive user experiences
  • Strong in interaction design and high-quality UI craft, and designing production-ready interfaces
  • Practiced in working with or contributing to design systems, reusable components, and scalable UI patterns
  • Proficient in modern design tools such as Figma, Miro, and prototyping tools
  • Systems minded, considering scalability, consistency, and long term product evolution
  • Accustomed to working within large scale enterprise design systems
  • A sound communicator, presenting and explaining design decisions to designers, engineers, and product managers
  • Fluent in English at upper intermediate or higher level for effective communication in a multicultural and distributed environment
AND YOU WANT TO
  • Design intuitive experiences for complex enterprise products and platforms
  • Explore and define interaction models, workflows, and UI patterns for sophisticated problem spaces
  • Create low and high fidelity designs, prototypes, and documentation to communicate design solutions
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers throughout the product lifecycle
  • Contribute to the evolution of design systems and reusable UI components
  • Ensure consistency and usability across multiple products and teams
  • Facilitate discussions and communicate design decisions to stakeholders
  • Advocate for user centered design practices in technically complex environments
  • Drive design work from early discovery and exploration through production delivery
