IF YOU ARE
  • A seasoned Business Analyst with 5+ years of IT experience, confident working with business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Unrivalled in eliciting, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements
  • Confident in conducting stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and facilitation workshops
  • Adept at producing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, integration requirements, and process documentation
  • Professional in translating business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications
  • Understanding API based integrations, integration flows, and system to system communication
  • Capable of supporting integration or migration initiatives, including data mapping, flow analysis, and solution design discussions
  • A practitioner of Agile delivery approaches in Scrum/Kanban
  • Communicating in English for cross functional collaboration
  • A stakeholder manager who participates in cross functional solution design and integration flow decision making
  • Knowledgeable of Salesforce, MuleSoft, or Workato (as a strong plus)

  • Capture the vision of the business area and the client's specifics
  • Understand the client's business objectives and translate them to the development team
  • Define the as is and to be states of integration processes and workflows
  • Develop a business case to evaluate the feasibility of potential solutions or investments
  • Standardize the collection of business and solution requirements
  • Apply best practices for effective facilitation, requirements elicitation, documenting, prototyping, and modeling
  • Establish and follow the requirements lifecycle process
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and plan a communication strategy, considering the results and project specifics
  • Manage solution scope efficiently
