We are looking for a hands on technical leader who can guide a team of full stack engineers through product design, development, and delivery while driving culture, engineering excellence, and customer obsession.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow a high performing team of 5-10 full stack engineers; hire, mentor, and foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Partner tightly with Product Managers and UX Designers to translate customer needs into technical solutions and shape the product roadmap.
- Lead technical strategy, participate in design reviews, and oversee the end to end software development lifecycle, ensuring delivery with speed and architectural scalability.
- Champion engineering operational excellence; refine agile processes, improve developer velocity, and enforce high standards for testing, monitoring, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Engineering management experience of 3+ years with high performing full stack teams (ideally 5-10 engineers).
- 10+ years total software engineering experience with strong full stack depth, including senior or staff engineer experience.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Product Management and UX teams on complex, customer facing products.
- Technical fluency with modern stacks such as TypeScript, React, Java, Python, and Go.
- Operational excellence in project scope management, goal setting, and delivery in fast paced environments.
- A genuine passion for creating exceptional user experiences and measurable customer value.
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated base salary range for this role is $236,000 - $339,200. In addition, the role is eligible for Snowflake's bonus and equity plans.
