What You'll DoThe Metrics and Storage team at Weights & Biases builds the infrastructure that powers our flagship Models product, supporting experiment tracking and analytics for more than 2,500 leading AI and ML teams worldwide. We focus on scaling ingestion, storage, and query systems to handle petabytes of data while ensuring performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness for our customers.
About The RoleAs a Senior Engineer on the Metrics and Storage team, you'll lead efforts to scale our systems to meet the demands of our most advanced customers. You'll own critical technical decisions around data ingestion and querying, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term architectural evolution. This role partners closely with product, revenue, and engineering teams across W&B to shape the future of our platform, ensuring that customers can rely on our infrastructure for training insights and large-scale analytics. You'll also mentor engineers and contribute to the overall growth and strength of the team.
