We're looking for an exceptional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead C2P Enterprises' enterprise-wide digital transformation. Reporting to the President, you'll own the strategy, architecture, and implementation of our next-generation technology ecosystem-one that modernizes legacy systems, unites multiple organizations, and drives breakthrough innovation through AI and automation.

This is a defining opportunity for a leader who can operate at both strategic and executional levels: a builder, architect, and visionary ready to shape the technological backbone of a fast-growing financial organization.

Technology Vision & Leadership

• Define and implement a long-term technology roadmap that unifies modernization, scalability, and AI-driven innovation.
• Partner with the President and other senior executives (CEO, CCO, CMO, CPO, etc.) to ensure technology directly supports growth, compliance, and client outcomes.
• Evaluate and operationalize emerging technologies - AI/ML, blockchain, cloud, and cybersecurity-to deliver enterprise agility and competitive differentiation.
• Champion a cohesive technology culture across internal teams, third-party vendors, and fintech collaborators.

Lead AI, Data, and Automation

• Serve as the primary architect of C2P's AI and data transformation strategy, ensuring enterprise-wide adoption and measurable business impact - while driving strategy, education, and deployment.
• Build data-driven insights and automation that enhance operations, decision-making, and product innovation.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance in all systems and workflows.

Oversee Systems & Cybersecurity

• Manage mission-critical financial platforms, including trading, payments, and compliance systems.
• Drive cloud strategy, infrastructure resilience, and business continuity.
• Partner with compliance and risk teams to exceed cybersecurity and privacy standards.

Inspire & Build Teams

• Lead a hybrid technology organization-integrating internal teams, contractors, and fintech partners.
• Responsible for multi-platform architecture across multiple business units and acquisitions.
• Develop future technology leaders and instill a culture of growth focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.

• 15+ years of technology leadership in financial services, banking, or fintech.
• Experience leading modernization, digital transformation, and post-merger platform integration.
• Strong expertise in AI/ML, automation, cloud systems, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to connect technology to business growth and client outcomes.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus.
