Qualifications
- 10+ years of extensive experience in Data Governance, data mapping, and data catalog solutions within large enterprises.
- Experience with enterprise data lakes, handling both structured and unstructured data.
- Proficiency with tools like OneTrust and Transcend.
- Knowledge of industry regulations (e.g., CCPA, GDPR, HIPAA) and their impact on data handling, cataloging, and governance practices.
- Ability to document data flows and transformations across platforms, ensuring correct mapping from source to destination.
- Leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and ensure data initiatives align with business goals.
- Strong ability to create clear documentation and training materials for user enablement.
