Analyst 2, Financial Planning & Analysis (Req Exp in SAP & Hyperion)

Responsibilities
- Support larger business functions within Corporate Functions finance.
- Collaborate with cost center managers, functional leaders & Finance Business Partners in developing annual budgets/quarterly projections; include clear documentation of assumptions & posting in SAP/Hyperion.
- Record month end journal entries (accruals, reclasses, charge in/outs, & prepaid amortization) for all cost centers supported; ensure accurate reporting of financial results in SAP/Hyperion.
- Analyze financial variances for cost center actuals, projections, and budget.
- Compile month end balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Support audit requests from internal/external audit; coordinate reporting/compilation of capital for Corporate Functions.
- Provide ad hoc analytical support for cost center managers on an as needed basis.
- Provide project support for continuous improvement for the group as a whole.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis/accounting.
- 1+ years of experience with SAP & Hyperion.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, challenging environment with strong attention to detail.
- Self driven, proactive, and seeks continuous improvement.
