Creating a delightful customer experience from order creation to delivery is a key part of ezCater's mission. As a Senior Software Engineer on our Customer Service team, you will focus on building solutions that will transform ezCater's customer experience. This will include building a first class, modern Customer Service tech stack that pairs ezCater's existing software solutions with AI enabled tooling. You will focus on designing and implementing features for this new tech stack that will integrate with Salesforce Service Cloud, in partnership with Staff Engineers, Product, Customer Service and Operations stakeholders. You'll report to the Engineering Manager, Fulfillment Experience within the ezCater Product Engineering organization.
What You'll Do:The national total target cash compensation range for this position, including base salary and bonus target, is $158,000-$190,000 annually.
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region & may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or medical, dental or vision insurance).
