Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of patient solution systems within a pharmaceutical or life sciences environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, .NET, TIBCO, API integrations, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for patient engagement platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and product owners to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Lead integration efforts across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, .NET services, and TIBCO middleware.
- Design and manage API strategies for seamless data exchange across platforms.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ Years of overall experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in enterprise environments.
- Hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, .NET Framework / .NET Core, TIBCO (BusinessWorks, EMS, etc.), RESTful APIs, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Previous experience at AbbVie.
- Strong understanding of patient engagement systems and healthcare/life sciences domain.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations in healthcare.
