Job Description Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the rollout of a new Employee Experience Portal, focused on centralizing and simplifying employee access to HR services and knowledge.
This role will drive the integration of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) with Workday, manage cross functional stakeholders, and support the phased implementation of the portal across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of ServiceNow HRSD and its integration with Workday and third party systems.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
- Manage the end to end product lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and optimization.
- Support the migration from ServiceNow to Workday (Phase 1) and the full rollout of the Employee Experience Portal (Phase 2).
- Focus on delivering knowledge articles, self service capabilities, and centralized HR support tools (e.g., Help Hub, Flying Together).
- Work closely with system implementation partners and internal architects to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.
- Provide support to development teams by debugging and resolving integration issues.
- Drive decision making and conflict resolution within cross functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical and functional expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Proven experience with Workday integrations, including third party system connectivity.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team based environment.
- Experience supporting large scale HR technology implementations.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and enterprise integration best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI/ServiceNow Virtual Agents.
- Background in employee portal design and development.
- Experience in conflict management and driving decisions in cross functional teams.
