Job Description Job Summary
We are seeking a Principal Consultant with strong project management expertise and technical knowledge to lead strategic consulting engagements.
This role focuses on HRIS and cloud-based software implementations, particularly SuccessFactors EC Payroll, while ensuring effective stakeholder management and governance compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end projects, including scope definition, planning, execution, and delivery.
- Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to ensure successful outcomes.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Drive problem-solving and decision-making to resolve challenges promptly.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and governance principles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to foster engagement and manage expectations.
- Support change management initiatives to drive user adoption of new systems and processes.
Required Qualifications Project Management Expertise:
- 8+ years of experience managing end-to-end projects, preferably HRIS or cloud-based software implementations (SuccessFactors EC Payroll).
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
- Proven ability in planning, execution, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Budget and resource management experience.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- Expertise in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
- Understanding of change management principles.
Other Requirements:
- Adaptability and flexibility to changing project needs.
- Location preference: Princeton (majority of project members are based here).
- Experience in the insurance industry (7+ years) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps (8+ years).
- SuccessFactors product knowledge (Employee Central, EC Payroll) and integration expertise.
- Understanding of SAP ecosystem and data migration strategies.
- Familiarity with data cleansing and quality processes.
