Job Description Job Summary

We are seeking a Principal Consultant with strong project management expertise and technical knowledge to lead strategic consulting engagements.

This role focuses on HRIS and cloud-based software implementations, particularly SuccessFactors EC Payroll, while ensuring effective stakeholder management and governance compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end projects, including scope definition, planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Drive problem-solving and decision-making to resolve challenges promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and governance principles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to foster engagement and manage expectations.
  • Support change management initiatives to drive user adoption of new systems and processes.
Required Qualifications Project Management Expertise:
  • 8+ years of experience managing end-to-end projects, preferably HRIS or cloud-based software implementations (SuccessFactors EC Payroll).
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
  • Proven ability in planning, execution, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Budget and resource management experience.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
  • Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
  • Understanding of change management principles.
Other Requirements:
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing project needs.
  • Location preference: Princeton (majority of project members are based here).
  • Experience in the insurance industry (7+ years) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps (8+ years).
  • SuccessFactors product knowledge (Employee Central, EC Payroll) and integration expertise.
  • Understanding of SAP ecosystem and data migration strategies.
  • Familiarity with data cleansing and quality processes.
