About the RoleWe're looking for a hands-on Lead Web Developer (Technical Lead) who operates above a Senior Developer level-someone who drives technical direction, owns architecture decisions, and leads complex development efforts.
This is not a traditional people management role. Instead, it's ideal for someone who leads through technical expertise, strong decision-making, and hands-on contribution. You'll play a critical role in shaping our eCommerce platform, guiding development standards, and building scalable, high-performing systems.
