Job Description
POSITION:Associate, Product Manager DUTIES:Develop a deep understanding of the spend management and AP automation market, including customer needs, competitive landscape, and technology trends. Support the vision and roadmap for Vroozi's invoice and spend management solutions. Product Development Support. Write clear user stories and detailed requirements that reflect end-user workflows and business needs. Assist with grooming and prioritizing the product backlog in alignment with strategic goals. Work closely with the UX/UI team to create wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys that guide development. Cross-Functional Collaboration. Partner with Engineering, QA, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution and launch of features. Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and advocate for product priorities. Conduct pre-release user testing and coordinate acceptance testing for new features. Customer & Market Engagement. Monitor product usage and feedback channels to identify areas for improvement or optimization. Operational Excellence. Help improve internal processes related to product development, QA, and agile execution. Ensure documentation is up to date for internal teams and end users.
