Bilingual (Spanish) Client Support Specialist

Location: Remote (US), Hybrid if located in CO, 2 days in office.

What You'll Do:

  • Customer Support & Communication: Provide outstanding service via phone, email, and live chat; document interactions accurately in CRM.
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when needed.
  • Training & Onboarding: Process new contracts and conduct training sessions for successful onboarding.
  • Systems & Tools: Navigate multiple internal systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.)
  • Someone with a positive can-do attitude
  • Dependable team player
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
  • Bilingual (English + Spanish) preferred

Remote Requirements:

  • Dedicated private workspace
  • Reliable internet (100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload minimum)
