Their platforms analyse radiology data to increase diagnostic accuracy and help clinicians deliver the right care first time.

The Role

As a Senior AI Scientist, you will:

• Develop AI algorithms that will be deployed to improve diagnostic accuracy in radiology

• Research, design and evaluate novel deep learning, NLP and CV methods for clinical imaging and reports

• Lead research initiatives and contribute to scientific publications

• Present research at leading scientific and industry conferences

• Work closely with AI researchers, data scientists, clinicians and ML engineers to deliver production ready models

• Shape technical direction and act as a senior contributor within the AI function

Your Skills and Experience

You will bring:

• Strong experience in deep learning, particularly with Python and PyTorch

• Experience leading independent research projects from concept to delivery

• Hands on model development, training and evaluation using clinical or complex data

• Strong capability working in Linux environments

• Experience with GPU or cluster based training environments

• Additional strengths that would be welcomed include experience with healthcare or radiology data, Docker, AI ops, and contributions to top tier research venues
