Seeking: Coding Data Quality Supervisor

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Coding Data Quality Supervisor to manage a team of 8-10 auditors and 1-2 denials analysts, ensuring daily objectives are achieved. Must be an expert in mortality and PSI auditing/coding.

This role will conduct regular audits of the team as requested to ensure the audit team consistently meets quality metrics. The role will train new auditors on established procedures and protocols.

This position in full-time and fully remote. All applicants must be US based.

Must have:

• Must have 5 years hospital-based inpatient/outpatient services coding experience.
• Previous auditing in an acute care setting and supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Experience in Epic, 3M, Vizient, HealthyStream, Cloudmed, and AudaPro preferred.
