Required: • BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field. • 3-5+ years in automotive testing and/or development experience in two or more of the following areas - Automotive thermal systems, Automotive HVAC, Automotive electronics thermal management, or vehicle cleaning systems. • Experience with DFMEA and DVP&R development. • Hands-on experience with lab instrumentation and DAQ systems. • Willingness to travel 10% to sites in WI, MI, OH, CA, AZ, and NV. Pluses: • Background in BEV system or thermal testing. • Experience working with EV trucking or startup environments. • Familiarity with IPetronik, FlexLogger, DIAdem, or National Instruments DAQ systems. • Prior exposure to high-voltage thermal management and validation environments.
