What Youll Do

As an Applications Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our heattransfer product lines and helping customers select the right solutions for their unique applications. In this role, you will:

• Serve as a technical resource for our equipment, supporting both field sales reps and direct house accounts.
  
• Provide technical and commercial assistance to build relationships with other groups like sales & marketing.
  
• Assist with the selection and application of steam, refrigerant, and glycolbased heat transfer products.
  
• Apply foundational heat transfer principles to help guide customers engineering decisions.
  
• Participate in reviews for large or unique applications requiring advanced engineering or production considerations.
  
• Provide information for submittal and production drawings, ensuring alignment with manufacturing capabilities.
  
• Assist with quality issue resolution and provide technical clarity to production leaders.
  
• Support product development and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  
• Travel occasionally to customer sites and industry trade shows.
  

What You Bring

• 
  
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
  

• 
  
• Strong communication skills and customerfacing professionalism
  
• Working knowledge of heat transfer principles
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & some experience with MathCad, SAP
