Job Description
The Cybersecurity Analyst will play a key role in strengthening the organizations security posture by driving policy, risk, and compliance initiatives while supporting day-to-day security operations. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures aligned with business goals Lead and manage security risk assessments and overall cybersecurity risk posture Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and related frameworks Monitor security infrastructure and respond to incidents, vulnerabilities, and potential breaches Lead incident response efforts and coordinate with IT and business teams during security events Manage and support security tools including firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, and access controls Support internal and external security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing Track and report security metrics and KPIs to leadership Conduct third-party vendor security assessments and manage related documentation Partner with business teams to embed security best practices into daily operations Act as a subject matter expert for cybersecurity-related inquiries Qualifications Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent certification (required) 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance Strong knowledge of security frameworks, threat landscapes, and enterprise environments We are an equal opportunity employer.
