Job Title: Platform Applications Engineer Job ID #: A5.4 Job Location: Santa Clara, California Job Type: Full Time Rate of Pay: $143,240.00 to $194,000.00 per year Duties: Enable, analyze, and optimize customers designs and applications for Ampere hardware platforms. Develop and validate software and hardware benchmarks to enable scale deployments in customer environments. Verification of microprocessors and hardware platforms. Design and implement test benches, frameworks and the verification environment by developing software models, devising and implementing test plans, debugging failures. Create architectural and infrastructural tests to evaluate the coverage of design, to verify functionality and performance of the CPU and SoC. Perform comprehensive performance analysis for the platform including CPU, software stack, network, memory, storage. No direct reports and no managerial duties.
