Principal Silicon Validation Engineer

Job Title: Principal Silicon Validation Engineer Job ID #: A83.2 Job Location: Santa Clara, California Job Type: Full Time Rate of Pay: $195,000.00 to $292,000.00 per year Duties: Responsible for the setup of the DDR4/5 (Double Data Rate memory), both in the pre/post-silicon validation environment, including boards and test equipment. Responsible for the development of the DDR driver, test cases in C, review of the test plans, execution and quality checkout of the RTL design focuses on Memory controller unit and DDR, and assembly, automation tools. Responsible for the bring up, functional validation, IO tuning, and PVT testing of memory subsystem. Generate validation reports, participate in failures analysis, and AVL/Co-Validation.
